Thanks to this extensive, proven expertise in the sector, as well as the use of cutting-edge technologies and devices, which are in keeping with the recognised quality of OMIS construction, they are complete handling solutions, which efficiently oversee all stages of the production process.\r\nOMIS offers customised solutions for the operational needs of the paper industry, from the precise positioning of paper machine cylinders to the handling of paper reels in warehouses.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOMIS overhead cranes ensure the safe transport of loads, the pick-up of reels in synchronisation with the paper machine operating cycle, and the efficient storage and retrieval of rolls of paper. Thanks to special equipment, these overhead cranes offer great reliability and allow the necessary maintenance work even in wet and dry areas of continuous paper machines.\r\nThe main requirements of paper mill work, i.e. safety, high performance and 24\/7 continuity of operation, are commonly met by plants with a load capacity of up to 40 tonnes and a span of up to 20 metres, equipped with an OMIS double-reeved open barrel hoist with a swivel gripper for lifting.
